THE CONSTRUCTION OF CLASS ROOMS
I am so excited to share with you the current status of the classroom construction. In one of our updates this year we shared with you of how we broke ground by faith and trust in God for the technical school class rooms. It was a venture of faith and reliance in God for continued supplies and resources to complete the work.
We feel so humbled and grateful to God for the construction of these classrooms are like 90% done. One of the class rooms is for institutional management or catering related courses. In that regard we have divided one part of the class and have made kitchen for the students to do their practical’s. The bigger part of the class would be the classroom for the theories and if need be can be transformed or changed/rearranged to look like a restaurant. The other classroom will be used for teaching theories for any of the courses offered by the institution.
It was a miracle to see the breaking of the ground, the foundation, the walling for the supper structure, the roofing, the plastering, the ceiling and all the finishing minor works. It reminded me of how close we are to witness the next phase of seeing the first students, teachers and instructors for the school.
In between the classroom and workshop is a beautiful concrete driveway, the landscaping works between the classes and workshop front yard is going on and already the area looks serene. The backyard of both the workshops and classroom is also getting attended to.
The wiring and other electrical work is going on in the class room as I write this update. We are so grateful to all our friends in Kenya and the states for their financial support to ensure that the classrooms are completed. May the Lord bless all who have continued to labor with us in prayers, encouragement, providing material and financial support. Let us also continue to believe and trust that he who began a good work will bring it to completion if we do not give up.
God bless you.
